  1. I was just searching over internet and I have discovered that PS Audio use (MQA Certified) conversdigital module in their Bridge II. If I'm not wrong, this is the way PS Audio use to decode MQA. Not in the DAC itself but in the renderer. Does this open new possibilities to decode MQA without changing the DAC? Could they be available in the future a sort of MQA-enabled Renderer that unfold and decode the MQA file and pass it to the DAC? Regards,
  2. The exceptional Sonore Micro Rendu in "as new" condition with original box and USB A-to-B link. NO POWER SUPPLY. The micro rendu requires an external power supply- many different choices and price ranges available from others. Roon ready. See http://www.sonore.us/microRendu.html List $640.00. Sell for $540 via PayPal and will include shipping in US.
  3. I have files served by MinimServer, and controlled by the Kinsky control point. I need to simulate a media renderer than I can control with the Kinsky, i.e I want a software renderer/player for Windows, could somebody please advice, I do need this rather urgently. Ive seen mediamonkey and vlc mentiioned and have installed both but I cannot see a way for either to be show up in Kinsky I only need the renderer/player I'm not looking to replace either MinimServer or Kinsky control point thanks for any help Paul
  4. Is anyone using a solution whereby the music source output ( computer, NAS, renderer, etc.) is going into a DAC via an ethernet connection? Cheers
  5. Dears, with the latest firmware update, the Microsoft XBox-One now support UPnP / DLNA. Do you think it can be used as streamer / renderer in HiFi setup? Thanks and regards, Giuseppe
  6. I wonder if anyone here has tried this new product yet? It is a DLNA renderer without DAC. Simaudio say it will do gapless. At $1250, it seems not absurdly expensive. Simaudio has a great reputation for sound quality, and they have a dealer network to handle sales and service. This could be a great choice for those (like me) who are happy with their present DAC and wish to add gapless streaming capability. Simaudio MOON 180 MiND Music Streamer Press Release
