  1. I have been using an Octave II for some time and find it a superbly natural DAC, especially when fed upsampled PCM. I currently use Audirvana+ to do that, upsampling to the highest even multiple that the DAC/software supports (44 to 176, 96 to 192, etc.). I feed the DAC with USB routed thru an IFi Power their Gemini cable. I don't have a lot of time to experiment and haven't fiddled with this setup in some time, so I'd like to seek some advice on possible ways to get even better SQ. Would I get better results: - Going to HQPlayer? - Using a USB->SPDIF converter? - Using other settings in A+? Please explain if so. Thanks.
