  1. Hi, I am using a Xonar Essence STX audio card with the ASUS 5.12.8.1756 driver. My question is what is the default latency set for the sound card output and also is it possible to adjust the ASIO, specifically latency, settings with this driver version? I cannot use an updated version of the driver because when I install it the software that I am using to play the sound (Psychtoolbox in Matlab) cannot recognize the ASIO component of my ASUS audio card and all the latency and defaultsamplerate numbers are set to 0. I know with the updated driver you can simply right click on the ASUS icon in the task bar and adjust the bit-depth and latency but with my driver version there is no option to adjust the ASIO settings using this method. I really appreciate any comments, Al
