I'm using an Amanero to connect to my buffalo dac and the sound is choppy/glitchy in foobar. If I change the output to "wasapi" instead of default the problem goes away but the music plays back at 2x speed in the wasapi modes for some reason. Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
I have questions about connecting an Amanero to Ians FIFO which I hope is well known enough on this forum to give me advice.I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to set up the "slave" mode Quote: Enable slave controlled MCLK mode by driving SLEN pin on J8 to logic high. How do I drive SLEN high? Quote: Connect XO selection signal from digital audio source to XOSEL pin on J8 What is the "XO selection signal"?Also what do I do with the "slave jumpers" ?It says to select between MCLK/1 MCLK/2 MCLK/4 MCLK/8 but makes no reference to what these are. Anyone here know how to do this?

I want to exploit the 18/bit192Khz capabilities of the AD1865, connecting my DAC 2.1x (Signature) via USB, bypassing the CS8412 receiver as this only goes to 96Khz. Thanks.
Hi, I seem to be having trouble working with a Regen (amber) on the following; Win8.1 PC, Foobar 2000 ASIO, standard (but decent) USB lead, Regen, solid adaptor, Amanero, DIY 9022 based DAC. It initially worked although the sound was odd (strange blurring and lost bass) until the signal started breaking up completely after 30 mins or so. Resetting the PC, Amanero and DAC do not change this but removing the Regen from circuit returns all to normal. I have tried the process of Regen first and checking for recognised hub followed by connectiing AM&DAC and checking for recognised sound device. All of this happens correctly. However, the sound still breaks up after anything between a few moments to 30 odd minutes. Any ideas? Thanks.
