If you can connect the OPPO UDP 205 to the network, why not get it to stream the TIDAL file tracks, even MQA Masters ones, as supplied by TIDAL's online server, instead?

The mConnect Player (Android or iOS) app (free Lite version available) allows just that, via standard UPnP/DLNA streaming. It has official approval for providing both standard CD resolution lossless TIDAL FLAC file tracks and undecoded/distribution resolution (ie at either 24/44.1kHz or 24/48kHz) TIDAL MQA FLAC file tracks, which the UDP-205 should be able to fully decode and play (assuming its firmware is up to date). See confirmation on these posts from a couple of months ago, in the Official OPPO UDP-205 thread in AVSForum:

We are far more united and have far more in common with each other than things that divide us.
