gingerbeer
Having read @mitchco ‘s great DSP articles with interest, i’m keen to implement audiolense filters for my speakers. Is there a recommended way to get the big filters (65k taps) so that I can apply them for: - bookshelf speakers with dual subwoofers (4 output channels) - various inputs (sonos, tv, auralic mini, etc) basically i’m looking for something like a minidsp SHD but with the ability to have the full size audiolense FIR filters in place rather than the smaller Dirac style implementation with 4K taps. Gut feel is the only solution is to make a custom pc and do it all manually, unless someone has a better idea. Mike Link to comment
mitchco
Hey Mike, thanks for the comment. I am a Windows PC kind of guy, so probably not much help to you here... The only thing I can think of is running BruteFIR on a raspberry pi... Here are a few examples: https://github.com/TheBigW/DRC and https://community.roonlabs.com/t/guide-high-quality-room-correction-with-raspberry-pi-roon/15306 and http://edoc.sub.uni-hamburg.de/haw/volltexte/2018/4193/pdf/thesis.pdf might give you some ideas... Good luck! Mitch Accurate Sound Link to comment
