Creative soundcard as input only

Guys,

 

please help! I wonder if I can use creative soundcard as ADC to input microphone and utilize the mixer to record vocal + effects and then send output signals toward another soundcard digitally into external DAC ? Pc running win 10.  Thank you very much

 

i am specially loving the mixers from Creative and it effects for microphones
