Doesn't an old timer like Stanley Clarke count?

Main listening (small home office):

Main setup: Surge protector +>Isol-8 Mini sub Axis Power Strip/Isolation>QuietPC Low Noise Server>Roon (Audiolense DRC)>Stack Audio Link II>Kii Control>Kii Three (on their own electric circuit) >GIK Room Treatments.

Secondary Path: Server with Audiolense RC>RPi4 or analog>Cayin iDAC6 MKII (tube mode) (XLR)>Kii Three BXT

Bedroom: SBTouch to Cambridge Soundworks Desktop Setup.
Living Room/Kitchen: Ropieee (RPi3b+ with touchscreen) + Schiit Modi3E to a pair of Morel Hogtalare.

All absolute statements about audio are false :)

Introducing to the Funk Hall of Fame - Davie504 - the best funk bass player in the world (IMHO :))

More strings - more funk.

More notes per minute - more funk.

More necks - more funk.

More bass guitars - more funk.

More $$$ - more funk (?)

Puppets make even thrash metal classic more funky than metal hence more puppets - more funk.

(I think I've overdosed R.Strauss and Shostakovich recently hence some Youtube surf which led me to Davie and his videos - hope you've enjoyed it as much as I did.. )
