Sonictransporter AP Help - Copying Files

Hello All,

 

I just took possession of my new ST AP. I got it up and running with my network but I’m having difficulty copying files from an attached usb drive. I have the ST connected to the router and I can see the network share in my iOS app FileBrowser. Of the three folders under sonictpap, (nas, storage, usbdrive) I can only access ‘storage’. All attempts to access the other two folders fail with the following error message: "Alert Could not connect to the share with error: Share name not found".

 

Any tips would be greatly welcomed.
