Danold
Reinstalled Dirac 1.2 on a High Sierra MacMini and get the error "failed to connect to dirac audio processor device". Also, the installer refused to finish install of the Calibration Tool 1.2. What's wrong? Does the problem have to do with High Sierra? I remember having had similar problems way back when v. 1.2 was introduced. Link to comment
flak
Yes, it has to do with High Sierra... the latest Mac OS update has introduced some changes to how applications are allowed to load kernel extensions and that is probably the cause of the DAP being disabled. Our developers are working on the new upcoming DL 2.0 version:https://www.avnirvana.com/threads/dirac-research-officially-launches-major-update-at-ces-2018.2128/ and no troubleshooting is presently done on the current DL 1.x so in the meantime we can enable for you the previous beta Dirac Live with AU plugins that replace the DAP and avoid that issue. Please kindly write us here: http://helpdesk.dirac.se/index.php?pg=request Thanks, Flavio Warning: My posts may be biased even if in good faith, I work for Dirac Research :-) Link to comment

SteveS1
Flavio, is this the same for Amarra Symphony with iRC? If so, will that ever be supported for High Sierra?
