I bought this brand new, sealed Mac Mini on January 29th, 2018.  It was sort of a Mac Mini unicorn....

2012 Mac Mini 2012 i7 2.6GHz Quad Core 16GB RAM w/ Uptone MMK DC Mod - OWC 250GB SSD and 2TB SSD

 

I installed OWC 16GB RAM, OWC 250GB SSD, OWC 2TB SSD and Uptone Mac Mini DC-Conversion / Linear Fan Controller Kit (MMK).

 

It is currently running OSX Yosemite. 

 

The Mac Mini is in absolutely flawless condition. There are no scratches, scuffs, nicks or any marks on the unit.  It is 10/10. 

 

In the end I am just not an Apple person.  It has had minimal use as a Roon Core.

 

My investment in this Mac Mini:

 

Mac Mini:                    1,100.00

Uptone MMK Kit:          135.00

OWC 16 GB RAM:         140.00

OWC 250GB SSD          106.00

OWC 2TB SSD               633.00

Total:                            2,114.00

 

You will have to provide your own power supply. Although I do have the original power unit that I removed from the Mini. 

 

So opening a new Mac Mini was like driving a new car off a new car dealers lot..

 

I will let it go for 1500.00 OBO.  It will sit for a while before I drop the price....as in I am not in any hurry.

I was wrong.  The 250 GB SSD is Samsung Evo 250.

 

Here is the correct list.
