So many MQA topics

Because nothing new is being said. But, you are correct in that we don’t have to click on the threads. It’s like not stopping to look at a car crash though....you just can’t. 

Besides, at this point a lot of it is hilarious.

@eclectic I know it was just an expression all people do is insult one another on those threads nothing is ever solved and I don't click them on much anymore-it is just very tiring-seems like we gotten away from what CA really is all about

Actually, to be honest, I was actually aiming my post and all the posters who were complaining about MQA posts.

I find most of the MQA threads extremely informative and also hilarious. That combo is in my experience rare, and I'm happy to accept the repetition, multiple sub-argments intertwining, and other inefficiencies that come with this combo of education and entertainment.

 

The heated, extended personal beefs I could do without, but you could shut down every thread here except one with the subject line, "I'm glad this forum exists," and folks still would find a way to get into personal fights with each other, so there's really no avoiding that.

 

That said, if Chris wants to consolidate or split up the MQA threads, all good with me.

It's honestly time to put it in a home for itself.  Way too many personal attacks and agendas at play.  Most of all, nobody is going to learn anything about MQA or the hobby in there because it's not constructive.

@Indydani don't even know who bob stuart is and don't care...and i don't care about MQA... can live with it or without it... what i detest is all the attacks/slurs people throw at each other which doesn't add anything to our hobby or CA but as realhifi said some of it is hilarious/and i might add sophmoric(sic) and as he answered me... He was the head of an unsuccessful UK audio company for 42 years. Before that he was the head of another unsuccessful one which was not unsuccessful for so long as it went bust after about two years.
