Dolph
I have just connected my audiophilleo + pp to my Metrum Octave2 DAC, but it isn't working. Windows 10 recognizes the Audiophilleo but my DAC doesn't get a signal. According to the LED indicator on the Audiophilleo everything is in working order, I know the Audiophilleo works, cause I have used it before connected directly to my previous amplifier(Lyngdorf tdai2170). Any ideas??? Link to comment
nkbg
Maybe check the pure power connection to the main unit - the battery powers the spdif output clocks so USB will handshake but nothing will play. In my case the connector wasn’t inserted all the way. Link to comment
Dolph
I´have just tried to play around with the "powercable" between the two. It seems to work fine. When installed(pushed all the way) the Audiophilleo LED tells me it´s playing music. If I remove the powercable the LED flashes changes. Guess next step will be to borrow a cd-player with coax output to check the input in my DAC... Link to comment
gdpr
Are you sure that your PC Sound configuration and your player configuration are correct - both have to be configured for 24-bits in order for the Audiophilleo to produce sound. Link to comment
Dolph
I'm almost sure about the setup but maybe I have missed something? I'm using jriver 22 but would like the sound to work for normal windows(Netflix, Spotify etc.) playback as well. If I connect my computer using the build in USB input in my DAC everything works fine.
