Audio info in iTunes

I would like to be able to find out in iTunes what actual audio is contained in the media files (mainly Movies and Videos). I can easily do this in the Finder, but I'd really like to be able to create a playlist of only the Movies with multi-channel (usually 6, or 5.1) audio or conversely only those with just 2 channel stereo. I cannot currently find any way to get iTunes to reveal that information and it doesn't even seem to be in the AppleScript dictionary.

The afinfo command in Terminal can give you that info; I don't know of any other way to see it. Here's an example of output for a movie:
