Suggestions For A Splliter?

I have a desktop PC with speakers on the table, and a new pair of headphones. The front audio jack on my computer sounds horrible, so I need to use the back audio jack for two different outputs. 

 

Suggestions on a good 3.5mm splitter? 2 female to 1 male.

 

Preferrably one of premium quality as retaining all sound quality is a must. 
Length does not matter, I only need an extra foot or so.

I have several short splitters, and quality is not an issue with those, since the good ones are not expensive.  But there are so many questions about how you intend to run both headphones and speakers off of one output.  It seems like you would need to have one off while the other is on. And then there are volume and impedance issues....
