findog3103
I have the über Bifrost and now see one can send it to Schiit for the Multibit upgrade. Has anyone done this and, if so, what are your impressions? Melvin
We had a discussion a while back when it was released if you care to read it: http://www.computeraudiophile.com/f6-dac-digital-analog-conversion/bifrost-multibit-25968/ BTW, Steve Guttenberg posted his review today: http://www.cnet.com/news/the-good-schiit-bifrost-multibit-digital-converter/#ftag=rss.audiophiliac.ftag Link to comment

Melvin
You're welcome. I think it's safe to say the Multibit upgrade is considered by many (here and elsewhere) to be well worth it, a "must have". The Schiit Multibit technology has been a huge hit for the company and continues to receive accolades. Link to comment
Paddlefoot
i just got mine back Tuesday of last week, best 250.00 I've ever spent. This is in my mind the best Dac out there for 600.00. do it, the turn around time is a day and they will get it back to you quickly. Greg Link to comment
master
I've the Schiit Gumby multibit and highly recommend it. Multibit is where the magic is at. The Yggy is even better... but pricey (actually not for what it does). The timbre and transients are the best that I've ever heard in the Yggy. hvbias
Edit: posted in wrong thread, I see there is a dedicated Yggy thread on page 3. Link to comment
