Best program to eliminate duplicate music files?

Is there a good program to eliminate duplicate music files? I don't mind paying for the program if necessary.

dBpoweramp have (had?) a program that would supposedly do that and I bought it for that very reason. It didn't work, at least not for me.

 

I ended up using JRiver > Files and then sorting by name. On delete I would select "remove from disc".

The free version will allow you to scan for duplicates but only the paid for version allows deletions.

iTunes has a "show duplicates" feature.
