killcare
When I try to search the site (I was looking for Bluesound) the results appear to show everything, whether related to the search term or not. What's up? Link to comment

" Search" on many forums leaves a lot to be desired . Using Google, try "bluesound computer audiophile" How a Digital Audio file sounds, or a Digital Video file looks, is governed to a large extent by the Power Supply area. All that Identical Checksums gives is the possibility of REGENERATING the file to close to that of the original file. PROFILE UPDATED 13-11-2020 Link to comment

4est
I find the search feature nearly useless. Google works much better. When I try to search the site (I was looking for Bluesound) the results appear to show everything, whether related to the search term or not. What's up? goldsdad
When I try to search the site (I was looking for Bluesound) the results appear to show everything, whether related to the search term or not. What's up? Just using the basic search, the result should be a list of only the threads which contain the search term somewhere. That works correctly for me: using your bluesound example, 41 threads are listed and each one I investigate contains the word bluesound. Advanced Search provides far more control. For example, it can produce a list of each posted message that contains the search term. For example, 78 posts containing bluesound. Link to comment
