I used Spotify as my example in the question, but I'd also be interested in taking .mp3 or .wav to an iTunes playlist or a Windows Media Playlist, etc. Is there a program that allows for this? The point would be, once I have the playlist file or link, I can send it to a friend or acquaintance, and it'd simply be added to their playlist in whichever program they're using. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I currently use a 10 year old iMac running Snow Leopard. When Sierra is released in the fall, I will be purchasing a brand new iMac. I want to bring over my entire iTunes Library along with my Playlists, Album Art, etc. Because my computer is sooooo old, I plan to do a MANUAL TRANSFER, which will assure I get everything I need and none of what I don't - clean house. Where will I find the iTunes Playlists that I created to make sure these transfer well? Thanks, KAP

I'm a seventeen-year-old musical escapist, audiophile and aspiring music journalist. I've just set up a blog site (after much time being 'put on the back burner'), which I wanted to feature highly-stylised, compiled podcasts... Basically, I was wondering what programme do you use to upload compiled audio files/data in their lossless format, without compromising on optimal quality? I want to be able to make a radio-style podcast where I can play several audio files in their lossless format. I want to then upload and share this file on Soundcloud or some other audio sharing website, where each track can be listened to in its original, uncompressed glory. Secondary to that, I'd like to know of any programme that I can fade music in and out, and speak over tracks, etc... Just like a traditional radio format I guess, without the cost. I have a Any info/advice would be really appreciated!

In the past I have been able to convert entire albums to MP3 files so that I could load them onto a Sandisk MP3 Player. but when I did this, all of the albums ended up with each song duplicated;..one song as WAV and also as MP3. I just created an playlist (300+ songs) from multiple albums. I want to convert the entire playlist to MP3 files so that I can load them on to another MP3 Player. As a test, I did convert 1 song from the playlist to MP3 and the process appeared to happen sucessfully; but when I view the file type of that song within the playlist, it still shows up as a WAV file. So my question is; Can I convert the entire playlist (from playlist) to MP3 and have it as a new MP3 playlist? Any insight is apprectiated!

I would like a way to search for all of my albums on TIDAL and/or Spotify and make them favorites/add to my library on those platforms. Is there a way to do this? Thx.

Hello Not sure this topic has been covered, but I am interested in knowing how you organize large libraries in your iTunes. I organize with playlists, divided in folders organized by decades and genres. Any idea or different experience ? Some of the folders are in portuguese, but it is understandable in english. I still use ITunes 9 in my main computer, I hate iTunes 11.
