v-link or halide bridge

I have tried both Halide and V-Link in my digital system, using a MacBook Pro with SSD. The V-link is much better, less veiled and much more three dimensional. I have also tried using Toslink and SPDIF, the SPDIF is also quite a lot better {must be the upsampling}. I'm uses Analysis Plus Toslink {the best of all that I have tried by a huge margin} and 0.5m Analysis Plus Digital Oval. I also believe that keeping the signal digital as long as possible is critical for this type of audio.
