Thanks. I checked out the owner's manual and it says "when connecting to a home audio system, set Duet’s output to 0 dBFS (i.e full volume)and use the receiver’s volume control to set playback level.", i.e. it doesn't directly answer whether it could be connected directly to a power amp. My educated guess is that it could, but what I'm concerned about is whether it will have any implications on the sound quality, e.g. distortion, and if turning up the volume on the Duet would get enough sound level on the speakers etc.

My first post here and apologies if this has already been discussed (I couldn't find anything when doing a forum search though). Question as in subject row. Is it possible to connect the Duet2 directly to a power amp (and use the Duet's volume control) or is the output gain too low so that I would need to use a preamp/integrated amp? Thanks in advance!
