One thing I wanted to mention , my friend has the Gungnir multibit which uses the same coupling caps Wima as the Yaggs . We have found the AM transformers capactors are superior in every way sonicly While still warm like the Wima resolution is improved across the board .his brother just replaced yhe 12 In the Yaggs with exactly the same result . Several of us wrote to Schiit offered to send the capaciyors in Bought at Parts Connecxion ,they totally ignored the several emails we sent when I was getting my Multibit Sent in yo be done, even hifi tunjng fuses which improve resolution they will not put in. Very strange ? The AM trans capacitors are made in Japan far more precise and musical then Wima . Email Chris Johnson The owner ,tech at Parts Connecxion he will confirm . Please send emails to Schiit ,for when they have new upgrades they may not want to upgrade. If I am paying why should they care ,and especially if it makes their unit sound better ? I was told they have 1,000s of wimps. But if I am sending in my own parts And paying for labor to not void warranty, Schiit should consider this .

I can tell you I started with the Audioquest Coffee which is night and day better than the Belkin cables, I bought the Wireworld Platinum usb and it takes a solid week meaning give it a min of 175 hours to Fully settle in ,this to applies for the Digital ,I have tried my freind Wireworld Platinum digital XLR and it is also outstanding and I will be getting one $900 for a .5m is a little steep but well worth it with My Bryston BDP and BDA it is a great match .

I find the best overall to be the Wireworld Starlight Platinum it has great extension and the midbass is fleshed out and warg sounding , a bit more so then th Audioquest Diamond , Some sysytems may want a little leaner where the diamond may be almost as good in resolution but a but more neutral.

I would like to add the Mach 2 was very musical and the latest model the Mach2 2 is an excellent value ,the Bryston is much more extensive if you read up on it it is a discretly built unit using a 4gig buffer- reader than to a highly modifed Angela@ soundcard with a pure class A output section using Very high quality parts and having excellent programs Myself using the BD poweramp for all my CD ripping and album art. The program goes through my Mac Ipad2 through a Mpad program and all my files are a beautiful collective of cd album cover art on my Seagate 1T usb hard drive.Bryston spent 1,000s of hours designing and writting code for this and it makes all music better and music up to 192khz,downloads from HD tracks is fantastic and much more 3 dimentional. Try it personally side to side before making any opinions. Audio adviser for example gives you 30 days to decide for yourself it even upsamples if you choose this option .

My brother has the Mach2 mini with the latest in seperate battery technologies and I can tell you without a doubt the Bryston is better in every way as far as musicality and music retrieval of the original source sonicly when all cables were the same Wireworld Platinum starlight usb, and a Wyrire digital bnc cable with Bybee purifier. I own the bryston and we spent a whole day trying many different things the only way the mach 2 bettered the Bryston was when we used stock cable from staples on the Bryston just to see how far we could degrade it, the bryston dac was also used .
