Dear support:
I am trying to run HQPlayer at boot up of windows 11. I created two tasks in scheduler. First to load HQPlayer desktop and than to run HQPlayer Client. It loads HQPlayer Desktop and previously used playlist. Than loads HQPlayer client. But it fails to take localhost —fullscreen —play perimeters. Can you please help, what is wrong am I doing?

I purchased windows 2012 R2 server software way before hq player came out with windows desktop edition. I think it was 2015. It worked till the software release of Jan 2021. But now if I have to change, Should I go with windows 10 or Windows 11?

I am using windows 2012R2 server. I just upgraded my HQ Player from versions 4.8.1 to the latest version. I cannot run HQPlayer. I am getting an error, I need windows 10 versions. Did windows 2012R2 support discontinued?

I have HQPlayer 4, server and client both installed on same windows 2012 R2 server. All playlists are located locally. 1) I want to load both modules server and client on startup, 2) Load server minimized, load client in full screen, 3) Load local playlist 4) and play from where I left last time. Is there a list of commands that I could use? I will really appreciate if someone did this and can share the command set with me?

I also tried from two different computers, from home and from office, using .txt and .xml extensions, i get the same error "std::exception". Read more Extension doesn't matter, but the file format. The form is expecting the new XML key file format HQPlayer 3 key, not the old Windows key that has email address and groups of characters separated by dashes. I agree that's what I have, email address and bunch of characters, So what should I do?

Just curious: Is it possible to feed 44.1 bit rate CD ripped music files to HQPro and create 192 bit file or higher or some wide spactrum flac files which sound much better than upsampling in HQ Desktop version?

In HQ 3.12, once I upload a playlist, it stayed there even after a reboot. But since the update of 3.13, I have to upload this playlist every time, if I reboot my computer. Is there a way to keep a playlist till I decide to remove it?

Should I use SOtM In-Line SATA Power Noise Filter for CD ROM as well?
trcns replied to trcns's topic in Music Servers
I've tried many filters which deal with signal path or power line paths. All of those things have at least one side effect to SQ. (narrower soundstage and lack of Airy and ambience as everyone knew about that. I read this comment in another blog and wondering how true it is?
