hi, I don´t know if I´m doing right,but I hope that you will redirect me if I´m wrong. I have since the 15/5 tried to get the roon software to no avail at all,I have not been able to log into my account,have been able to download roon,but get error messages when i try to run it .I have got two friendly answers that have told me that they (roon support i.e. a guy called kevin)wouls help me,but nobody has come back,and I simply cannot get into touch with roonlabs other than automated answer telling me that they will be back soon.Now I have sent a cancellation note (i originally signed up for the 14 day trial,and lifelong subscription)but don´t know if it is registered,-do you have any suggestions,what to do?

hi, As I am totally new to participatingin CA forum I kindly ask you to redirect my letter to the appropiate forum.if I have got it wrong. Iam an idiot on computers but love music-Ihave now for a month followed the CA site ,and have learnt lots,-but now to my question: i have an Acer e-machine 1352 w W7HP,4GB of memory,+1TB HD,that i intend to load w JRMC16. I intend to use this as my dedicated music machine coupled to M2Tech hiface evo -and via spdif to my stereo: Tact/Lyngdorf millennium 3 +Quad 2905 loudspeakers. Now I have my music (approx 900CD´s)ripped in wave using DBPower amp to my NAS in another room together with my ordinary computer(HP-all in one ,loaded w JRMC16 and trimmed to the best of my ability following all the CA suggestions) I have till now used Sonos bridge and ZP90 to connect to my Millennium,-Iam extermely satisfied with this set up for normal redbook cd-playing,but want to go further into hd-sound and downloading etc.but as I in fact don´t really know what I am doing computerwise I feel I need some set up guidance on haw specifically i do set up my Acer machine properly so that I can continue using my NAS in the other room,get it playing files that i download on the HP and put on my NAS,without connecting the acer to the internet .-Frankly I do not know if I am thinking right,my only intention is to get as good a sound as possible with my existing units connected as well as possible. I have also a QUAD CDP-2,+ a Wadia i170 dock coupled to my amp together with the sonos system.-All suggestions and advice will be greatly appreciated
