    Watsup was wondering if someone can help me out with this lil issue I'm having, basically I bought this new PC and the volume is "low" (win7) all settings are maxed ect + I'm using really cheap 20$ headphones atm I'm assuming my options are: Buy some headphones and an amp (limit $100) Buy a new soundcard(?) Although I hear that only effects the QUALITY of sound what should I do?
