  1. All right, but is there any player you can recommend as the little iTunes slider is way too small to use? Maybe even one that works with the remote control? Nick
  2. What's wrong? Not a single response after over two days? Not even the answer "We don't know" or "it's not possible? Not even a simple "welcome to the forum"? Maybe my english wasn't good enough or my system is too cheapo? To me this looks like "we just don't care about your problem and we don't want to feed the trolls" Please prove me wrong and try to help me! Nick
  3. Hallo everyone! I'm new to this forum so let me give a short introduction to my System: I have a new iMac 27" with Amarra and Audirvana installed (and iTunes, of course). The signal goes out via USB to a Tascam US-144 MKII USB-Interface. This Interface seems to have problems with Amarra, but more on that in a separate post. From the Tascam the Signal goes (via an Cinch-XLR-Adapter) to a Behringer DSP 2496, a digital Loudspeaker Management System with active Crossover, param. Equalizer, Time Delay etc. Three amps from Lab.Gruppen (IP900) amplify the signal before going to my self-constructed Fostex Isostatic speakers. Now my question: I could connect the tascam digitally via AES/EBU to the Behringer with 24/96 khz. But I'm loosing the volume control over the tascam then (unfortunately the Behringer has no volume control). All I can do is use the little iTunes slider next to the Play/Pause button as a volume control. Even the remote control doesn't work. Does anybody have a suggestion how to set up any kind of volume control when digital is activated, preferably as a software solution? Nick
