I've downloaded several Studio Master recordings (Purcell-Twelve Sonatas, Bach Mass in B Minor, Anna Cramer), and it seems that each album has at least one to three tracks that are either truncated at the end, cut out momentarily, or have some other quality issue. Downloading the tracks separately doesn't seem to help. I have a T1 connection, so I'm thinking the problem lies with their servers or a lack of quality control. The problem is that I get ABSOLUTELY no response to my emails. They're customer service is the worst!
I'm bailing on this company until they get their act together.
