  1. I had the same scenario; I wanted to start with a BD-Audio title (Patricia Barber, Modern Cool) and end with FLACs. I already had demuxed the audio, video and chapters tracks from the title and had them in a folder. I edited the chapters.txt file by adding the song names to the chapters. Then I dropped the DTS-HD MA file into the left window of AudioMuxer. After selecting Split in Files, Rename, Re-Tag and Export to FLAC, I clicked Cue Split. Next I was able to point it to the chapters.txt file. Then I sat back and watched the output folder as the DTS file was first converted to a single WAV file, that WAV was split into individual WAV files (the songs), those WAVs were converted to FLACs and the FLACs were renamed. Pretty cool. After loading them into MP3Tag, the FLACs were tagged and had cover art associated. jeff
  2. I can't believe someone who considers this such a waste of time wastes their time by periodically revisiting the thread to remind everyone of their opinion of it ... and them. Seems perverse.
  3. Any reviews of this app anywhere? Jeff
  4. And thanks for sharing, Dan. I am following Mr. Wicked's progress. Will buy into this even though my two PS3's are functional at this time ... you never know. Jeff
  5. Tried foobar2000 with the SACD Input Decoder plugin?
  6. OK, I am an idiot. Somewhere amidst removing programs and reinstalling them on a different drive, I neglected to configure the settings. Sooo, thanks again! I am good to go!! Jeff
  7. Files are not write protected, but I may not have "visited" the settings. Will be at the computer in 30 mins. It is a mystery now! Jeff
  8. Thanks, Harald. yes, that is the method I was attempting. I was trying to edit the "Artist" ... when I OK'd out, the edit did not apply and the field remained the same. I will have some time later today to install the latest foobar2000 version , and I downloaded all new plugins. Jeff
  9. Maybe I should uninstall everything and reinstall. I am using foo_input_cd 0.6.5. I know there is a foo_input_dsdiff pluging as well that I tried one time, but it only played DSF files and for some reason prevented SACD ISO's from playing. I have yet to convert most ISOs to DSF, so that was a dealbreaker for me. Will uninstall and reinstall and see what happens. I thought it should work, too. Hmmm, I just noticed my foobar is 1.1.6 ... I thought that was the latest. I'll check versioning ... maybe *that* is my problem. Jeff
  10. I found one ... Audioshell maybe... That worked from within Windows Explorer, but it did not work. My 64-bit Win 7 perhaps? Dunno but out it came and in went Tag&Rename. SUCCESS! I'll pay the $30 at the end of the trial. I'm still a bit puzzled over foobar2000 not editing the tags and posted a question on HydrogenAudio forum. Thanks for your help. Jeff
  11. Thanks. However, I don't use a media center or HTPC, so I'd like to find a solution that is free ... or at least a lot less than $50. Off to Google ... Jeff
  12. I have run into a problem where foobar200 w/masstagger plugin will not change the tag info of DSF files. Would I be doing something wrong? It is really annoying to be playing Invisible Touch by Invisible Touch on their Invisible Touch album .... Jeff
