I'm building a jukebox based on this idea but much more pimped out.

My question is: I have an infinity surround sound speaker system that has a large sub-woofer center speaker and I'd like to enclose it in the jukebox. The jukebox will be similar in size to an old school arcade game (like asteroids) My concern is the reverberation off the cabinet from the sub woofer. In making holes in the cabinet (which will be covered by speaker cloth) Where and how big should I make them? It's a 100 watt system.
