Do you have to erase the old driver first?

IS IT ME? 3.5.19 still will not play the last second of an album. What am I doing wrong?

I can only assume the problems I’m having with 3.5 are problems inherent with this version as so far the old version works fine as it always did before why I and others have the same problems when some others do not I have no idea Maybe it’s to do with how the update was performed, maybe us non computer-heads needed better instructions for installing the update Who knows but I’d love some help and answers although for me as I said I see no advantage in 3.5 even if it did work properly it doesn’t sound any better

Have given up with 3.5 and gone back to 3.2.16 Fed up with the syncing probs The clicks between tracks and the stopping just before the end of tracks. These are all problems that others are experiencing too but neither my complaints or those of others on here have been answered and I’m not aware of a solution. Each new update of 3.5 doesn’t fix these probs if anything the latest version is worse and I’ve had it with 3.5 For me the overriding criteria is sound quality and I don’t think 3.5 sounds any better than 3.2 I don’t care about all the other changes I just want it to play ALL of each track on ALL of the albums in my iTunes library and until it can do that for me I’ll stick with what works.

Good luck with that I didn’t get a response to mine and others click problem above or the one I posted ages ago about A+ not syncing all of the albums in my iTunes library which I think is or was bothering other people as well you pays your money.........

I too have been getting the clicks between tracks or perhaps it’s the gapless playback not working im upsamplong to DSD Seems there is a problem whats the answer?

No I don’t think it’s anything to do with “albums with more than one artist” Its very difficult to know which albums are in fact missing or tedious to check which 6 aren’t there. i don’t think this problem is unique to 3.5 I’ve had similar probs with 3.2 in fact when I restarted 3.2 and synced it, that version found a couple of albums less in iTunes. I suspect Jud’s post above suggesting an incompatibility/corruption between iTunes and A+ metadata is the explanation. what the solution is I’m not clever enough to know Its a pity we can’t manually drag and drop and add an album from iTunes into the A+ library for the ones that don’t get automatically synced.

I seem to have the same problem as others here. Ive got 763 albums in my iTunes library but only 757 of them sync across to A+ What can I do? thanks S

Yes what did happen to LEEDH processing for A+ 3.5 Apart from a slightly vague reports of SQ improvements, not sure I’ve seen any explanation as to what’s causing the improvement I don’t I see the advantage as things stand. For me SQ is paramount and I’m not too fussed about tinkering with library management and things like that LEEDH would reportedly have given a big hike in SQ

I’ve been trying sox filter settings again as I think we may be about to lose izotope when 3.5 is officially launched and I’ve once again come to the conclusion that I prefer the izotope filters i don’t want to be without izotope in 3.5 please don’t remove this option thanks S

Wots it sound like? I know it’s only a beta testing version but there’s been so much impatience for this and now no comment since Monday. Are there issues?

I also have a library related problem when I sync with iTunes all tracks are loaded into the audirvana library but no albums if i go back to iTunes integrated mode all is ok so presumably the iTunes library must be good it’s the album info that doesn’t get synced into A+ Anyone got any ideas to fix this please? thanks S
