    I have DataTale at home and they are working perfectly. As I check from Onnto website. I don't think cool drive is an authorized distributor. Oyen Digital is an authorized distributor carrying DataTale brand. However, Sabio is one of the private label partner with Onnto. This is why you can see the same mechanical design with these 2 brands. Anyway, I think either DataTale from Oyen or DM4 from Sabio can meet what you are looking for.
