  1. Hello Damien and thank you on your wonderful creation. On the lcd screen it says 48khz 16bit. Underneath the lcd screen it says 24/96 d/a oversampling converter. Is that what you are referring to? I thought that was just something like a marketing pitch not a reference to the actual output. Now that i have changed setting to no oversampling i see the line below the lcd changes Sorry for being so dense. Cheers from Oz.
  2. Hello all, First time posting, wonderful thread. I downloaded audirvana last week after coming across it somewhere else and am very happy i did. A big thank you for such an improvement over Itunes output, and some dosh will be on the way next payday. I have read the 1000 plus comments in the last few days but am confused that i can't get better than 48/16 off it according to the screen . My system is a 2.26 mac mini,Snow Leopard, 8gb ram running itunes 10.1, Itunesimport settings are 48khz, 16bits AIFF (max setting). Audio Midi settings are Line In 44.1khz, 16bit Output 96khz/24bit via optical to a Beresford Caiman DAC which is 96/24 capable using optical. In Audirvana i have upsampled max, audio core, integer is on,6gbs memory set aside, Hog enabled, and 44, 48,96 comes on green in preferences. Please set me on the path to an even better music experience? Where have i confused myself and/or the mini?
