  1. Kal, what does that have to do with getting 24/192 in coax or optical? Ugh, it actually just made me sick to my stomach to think of a Mac running dedicated Win 7. Parallels on Win 7 would be just great. That iDSD looks pretty neat and at least less than HiFace Two. Any other recommendations?
  2. Plus 1.75 years, I'm wondering how it's going. I just bought a new 4 GHz quad core 5K 27" iMac, and I'm wondering the best/cheapest bit perfect option to get optical or coaxial 192 KHz audio. I've owned a HiFace Two in the past, but it's pretty pricey. I'm going to run this into my HeadRoom Ultra Desktop DAC that's part of my HeadRoom balanced triple stack driving Sennheiser HD 800 headphones. The Ultra Desktop DAC is a few years old and only accepts up to 24/48 via USB. I thought perhaps there would be a HDMI to up to stereo 24/192 converter out there that would be better or less expensive than the HiFace Two. I have to say, my experience with that product wasn't great in the past, though it ultimately worked.
