  1. Thank you for your kind reply. I heard about that before but my Mac Pro in desk system showed as it runs at integer mode (I know now that is error), so I thought this problem has been resolved. So, if I use this A plus without integer mode then it should be OK I guess. Do you have any idea when this Lion problem can be fixed? H.Jung
  2. Hi Damien, I downloaded A plus and tried on my desktop system first. I use MacPro with OSX lion and music streamer 2. I was so impressed with your program. I have Amarra Mini and pure music as well and I like Amarra sound but it has been so buggy. And recently I found Amarra can not play any file name that has double quotation mark in it. I contacted support team multiple time but no response. I was looking for some program which sound as good as Amarra but more stable with easy to use. And...... I found your program and i am very happy. Now. I ran into problem today with A plus. I was so encouraged and I decide try A plus on my main system. My main system is iMac with lion (dedicated as Music server)-April Audio U2 (usb to digital signal converter)-Cary 306 sacd pro as DA convereter-Cary SLP 05 pre-Cary 805 ae-proac d38. I installed A plus and set integer mode, exclusive mode with itune int. I can play 44.1 music without problem but 96 musics could not be played. Player goes on to puase mode. After long test this and that, I found that April Audio U2 uses integer modenas well since it shows thatway in midi. I think A plus and this device had conflict. After that no matter what I do, i could not play any of 96 file on any player. I hook up my laptop with U2 and it plays 96 file ok. I end up doiing uninstall A plus and os x repair (disk repair) and now I can play 96 file again with other player. I really like your program and if there is anyway to resolve this problem, i want to buy and use it as my main system main player. Do you have thought on this issue? Hyunchul Jung
  3. Hi. I have struggled with problem that Amarra can not play files I have ripped with XLD (I thought this was with only XLD but now I know that is not the case). I contacted both Amarra and XLD developer or support team and so far XLD developer, Teihei Monma has been amazingly helpful. I uploaded multiple files to Teihei and he tested and we email back and forth and I also tested multiple different way and we concluded this. Amarra can not play any file that has double quotation mark in file name or file parent directory name regardless ripper (not only XLD, any ripper). One of tests I did was that I erase double quotation mark from file name and file parent directory name, and I was able to play files that I could not play in Amarra before in Amarra without any problem. Whenever I add double quotation mark back I can not play that file again. This is quite worrisome problem for me. I guess this is Amarra's bug which has to be fixed. Since especially, a lot of classical CD has this ( e.g. Beethoven Violin Sonata No.5 "Spring"). If file is like this, Amarra does not recognize file. I am deeply concern since I have ripped almost 1500 CDs mainly classical music and I bought this Amarra a month ago. I like Amarra sound a lot but if I can not play so many files then it will be useless. I sent e mail to Amarra support team about all of this but they did not respond yet. Earlier before we found all of this, they responded with advise to use iTunes as ripper. But I found this now and I am waiting for their response but I am concerned that they might ignore this problem and me. H.Jung
  4. Thank you. I sent e mail and no answer yet. I have just ripped couple of more CDs and one stereophile Concert CD which is one of two CDs in same album has same problem. I uninstall XLD and reinstall fresh program but it did not fix the problem. Is there anybody has advice? H.Jung
  5. Is there anybody who has some advice? Please..............
  6. Hi. I have a question. I am using Amarra Mini 2.3. as player. I started ripped my 1500 CD collection, mostly classical, with XLD. I like XLD a lot but I am running into one problem. Once in a while the file ripped by XLD can not be recognized by Amarra. Itune playes ok with this file but Amarra can not. For example, I ripped cds from JVC Xrcd labels yesterday and all of these cd files were not reconized by Amarra. I ripped again with Rip program and they were OK. Majority of other CDs are beautifully ripped by XLD without any issue but this thing happen once in a while. Since I found work flow of ripping is matter to me and I like XLD best, is there any solution for this problem? Do anybody has same experience? Please give me some advice. Thank you. H.jung
