Yes, frustrating for this newbie, As the tracks show up on my desktop as documents with the extension 9624. Apparently the "play" button in the download manager didn't convert the files to flac on my Mac. I tried to play the files as is using Vox and Songbird with no luck. Thought for sure I was doing something wrong but now it looks like that's not the case.
