I too wish to leave the iTunes mac environment and use third party software to clean my music database I like what TuneUpMedia does For the music inside the iTunes database. But when I view my music folder in eLyric, I see all the errors as the raw files seemingly are left unchanged, the changes occurring in the itune library. I tied some of the meta editors discussed above, but it appears I have to edit each song, one song at a time? True with ID3 and XDL? That's why I like tuneupmedia as it can fix hundreds of songs/albums at a time Dream software would be tuneupmedia running in a non iTunes environment Thoughts?
