Thanks roscoeiii, Let me do some homework to find out which one is best suit my needs.

I am a newbie on DAC and need recommendation on buying one. My budget is around US$1000 and can be more if there is good reasons to spend more. My player is HTPC with USB interface. Yes, I plan to use USE to connect to the DAC. My setup is Yamaha RX-V3067, KEF XQ40. I am considering Arcam rDAC and Stello DA100 Signature. Now I mainly listen to light Rock and some new age music. Thanks.
