What the difference between the apple remote device and the apple remote app for itunes in Pure Music? The remote device is self-explanatory, but I'm not quite clear on the functions of the remote app. If you are using your ipod, itouch, etc....with the remote app to control itunes on your macbook or desktop, is it functioning as same as if I was to purchase just the remote device? If I have a duplicate copy of my itune database stored in my apple iOS device, will I then have remote scrolling and selection features to control itunes on my desktop or macbook?...In order words, if I'm 50ft away from my desktop or macbook, will I be able to make selections from iTunes on the screen of my iOS device other than ff and rw?

See attached photo!..........I'm using a line level source with Pure Music in Input/Preamp mode. I'm pretty sure that I always had the option to collapse the blue screen spindle display window and just leave the monitor control palette and meter panel display available. I believe that selecting the music server menu and clicking collapse window to sidebar performs that function.

I'm using pure music in the input/preamp mode and I just can't get the window to collapse to the sidebar. Any ideas what may be the problem? I tried using the keyboard shortcut as well as clicking under the music server menu tab.

For some reason i'm only getting one channel output from audirvana. I have it feeding into jack router then through audour DAW. Jack is only seeing a single output from audirvana.
