I just downloaded Decibel 1.0b this afternoon. I'm running it in a 3 yo Mac mini w/ 1 Gb of RAM into an Audio Research DAC. My FLAC files sound amazing and play without a hitch. Most of my iTunes lossless files don't load, and I get a message stating "The format of the file *.m4a was not recognized. The file's extension may not match the file's type" However some other m4a files in my iTunes library play just fine. Since some of the files play, this does not sound like a compatibility issue. Has anyone else encountered this?
