  1. Sound card is configured properly according to Windows 7. Albumplayer is using Asio. Guess it might have to do with buffer or flow. IS it possible to have Albumplayer or foobar (or any other musicplayer) have everything load to the RAM memory and play from there. Got 8GB thus this would accommodate a full DVD.
  2. Could be but this should theoretically be one of the best soundcards on the market. A lot of discussions and praise on CA. WOuld it be possible however that it is or wrongly configured or faulty. Wouldn't it then be always bad instead of just at certain moments?
  3. Hi all, I'm posting on the forum cause I'm desperate and sure soem of you can help. I built a completely silent fanless PC ( i5 processor and SSD + ASUS Essence STX) running Windows 7 and with 8 GB Ram. Music is on a NAS in another room (maxed the specs to be on the safe side). As a media player I'm currently using foobar or Albumplayer. However I don't manage to get out of my system what I was hoping for. (PC is connected through RCA to my Pass Int-150 and these then through audioquest speaker Rocket 88 cables to my Dynaudio C2) There is a clear problem with rhythm and lack of soundstage and dynamics. Thus I was wondering if you could tell me how to best configure my pc (hardware) and software. Hope you guys can point me in the right direction and help. Thanks, Charles
