  1. They are very slow to respond. A few months back I had a real problem with the download manager. I tried it on 5 different computers with different operating systems. Finally gave up and demanded a refund. Weeks later they finally responded and refunded my money. I don't think they are trying to scam you. But they must be very overworked. I've been afraid to purchase another download. I am really tempted by the new Rolling stones releases though.
  2. I've been trying for 4 days. No Luck Tried it on OSX, Windows 7, Windows XP, on four different machines. All have newest Java. Tried Firefox, Safari, Internet explorer, Chrome. Worst part is HDTracks sends a canned email response. I've gotten three of them now and they all say the same thing. I don't think they are reading my emails. First time I've had trouble with it but it will be my last.
