The sensible thing to do is to spend on what really matters. Have a look at DYNAUDIO BM15A or 12A and spend the rest on a DAC with volume control. cheers Tom

I use the Benchmark DAC1 HDR with a pair of ATC 100 ASLs. Have tried out some other dacs (Bel Canto, Lavry, among others) but haven´t found differences worth noting. cheers Tom
