Could you please post the link to the driver? In their website I can only see drivers for up to Yosemite, and it does not even work with El Capitan. I've been in the limbo for over a year! Thanks in advance. -
I was directed to this thread from the other "Analog and Digital Comparison" thread and even though this seems to be already dead I have a question: Does burning an audio CD from the ripped problematic copy recover the details lost?

Hello hddoc, I guess you've got it wrong. The drivers are necessary so that windows and mac can respond to the commands sent from Hiface. If you're not using a Hiface, having the drivers installed won't do you any good. Asynchronous transmitting in this case means the DAC device asks for data, and are not simply fed. -

Hello Edwina, I'm not sure if this would help, but have you tried tweaking the Quicktime preferences?
