  1. So I guess you were talking about the Hiface 2, not the original Hiface. Your Hiface is black right?
  2. Could you please post the link to the driver? In their website I can only see drivers for up to Yosemite, and it does not even work with El Capitan. I've been in the limbo for over a year! Thanks in advance.
  3. I was directed to this thread from the other "Analog and Digital Comparison" thread and even though this seems to be already dead I have a question: Does burning an audio CD from the ripped problematic copy recover the details lost?
  4. Hello hddoc, I guess you've got it wrong. The drivers are necessary so that windows and mac can respond to the commands sent from Hiface. If you're not using a Hiface, having the drivers installed won't do you any good. Asynchronous transmitting in this case means the DAC device asks for data, and are not simply fed.
  5. Hello Edwina, I'm not sure if this would help, but have you tried tweaking the Quicktime preferences?
