Could you please post the link to the driver? In their website I can only see drivers for up to Yosemite, and it does not even work with El Capitan. I've been in the limbo for over a year! Thanks in advance.

Hello hddoc, I guess you've got it wrong. The drivers are necessary so that windows and mac can respond to the commands sent from Hiface. If you're not using a Hiface, having the drivers installed won't do you any good. Asynchronous transmitting in this case means the DAC device asks for data, and are not simply fed.

Hello Edwina, I'm not sure if this would help, but have you tried tweaking the Quicktime preferences?
