The three Cyrus have a wired Ethernet connection and a wi-fi connection. The USB input is only for portable data storage devices. -

The Audio GD Digital Interface is not asynchronous. It uses the Tenor chip which is the same used by Stello for the U2. It is limited to 24/96 and not asynchronous. If you want a cheap asynchronous interface, have a look to the Musical Fidelity V-Link, reviewed by Chris few weeks ago. -

Wyred 4 Sound Dac 2 has a balance control. For dac 1, I am not sure. -
