  1. The three Cyrus have a wired Ethernet connection and a wi-fi connection. The USB input is only for portable data storage devices.
  2. The Audio GD Digital Interface is not asynchronous. It uses the Tenor chip which is the same used by Stello for the U2. It is limited to 24/96 and not asynchronous. If you want a cheap asynchronous interface, have a look to the Musical Fidelity V-Link, reviewed by Chris few weeks ago.
  3. Wyred 4 Sound Dac 2 has a balance control. For dac 1, I am not sure.
  4. If you are looking for an affordable dac with a natural, analogue sound, using Wolfson chip, take a look to the Audio GD NFB 2 (dual wolfson 8741 inside). Here another review interesting for you : http://www.digitalaudioreview.net.au Pascal.
