Ok, finally it is up and running! It seems that the 2-channel 32 bit setting was not the issue. As it turned out it was my DAC that was configured wrong - sorry!

Any help is greatly appreciated, but the sliders are grayed out and cannot be moved

Hi all, I have recently bought a M2Tech HiFace that I'm planning to use with my iMac 27" anno 2009. I went to the M2Tech website to download the Snow Leopard driver and installed it. No sound is coming out though. Under MIDI settings the HiFace appear to be set to 2-channel 32 bit output which cannot be changed? I can only change the sample rate. I have tried to uninstall the driver according to M2Tech's manual from a terminal window and then reinstall the driver. Same outcome... Can someone help me out here? It's getting really frustrating I have attached a screenshot of the settings - sorry for the Danish language. Best regards and thanks in advance Harley
