I've been frustrated with DACMagic and Airport Express dropping out every 5 seconds too, and seen lots of people complaining of same problems. It was fine from iTunes, but not through Airfoil, any source. My girlfriend's PC has been playing fine recently via AirFoil (Last FM). Mine on a Mac has still been dropping out. And today I updated all firmware on Airport Extreme and Airport Express to 7.5.2 and it all works beautifully ] Well worth upgrading ... / Paul
