Thanks Nick, I'd really appreciate it. There's something odd going on here and I want to peek under the hood and see if I can figure it out. I haven't been able to find anything else on the internet so I'm stuck for now.

Hi nyc_paramedic: I stumbled across your thread here and was wondering if you could post the output of a "lsusb -D" command. I've got a DAC board that is having problems enumerating and I wanted to see if the USB descriptors were messed up. What's odd is that this DAC enumerates and operates fine on a MAC running OSX. I'd really appreciate it!
