  1. Thats exactly the point. I don't want to have everything running the whole time. If sound quality is not affected (or acceptably low) then I think its fair enough to leave the big system off.
  2. I want to use it with a DacMagic. I have to admit that the direct output (analog) is pretty good. So I am not sure how big the benefit will be. I am using it with the Denon Headphone (biggest one not sure how its called).
  3. Hi guys, do you know if thats a good idea to get a digital signal out of my iPad? Is the output of the Airport Express bitperfect? Is the file changed in any way? I am using mostly ALAC. Cheers Axel
  4. Hi, I hope you guys can help me. I am used to Macs but had to switch to Win7. Thats why I am not used to all that ASIO stuff. When I was using my Mac I connect the Dac Magic via SPDIF. Which worked nicely. My current Win7 computer is also capable of SPDIF. I am not sure if I should use this way or USB. Do I need a ASIO driver for SPDIF also? I want to use my itunes as Software.
