Hi all,
I admit there might be answers to my questions around, but I gave up after a couple of hours searching (and wife screaming I should engage in more important stuff...).
I would like to get to the stage where all family share an iTunes library for syncing their iPods, while still having separate accounts on the "main" family iMac. But I would also like to have instant access to the library in the living room gear. We have tried to stream through AirPort Express, using a iPod Touch as remote, but when the kids play on the family iMac we experience silence and interuptions.
Should we go for a MiniMac server somewhere? Can we still have a common iTunes library then? How about syncing the iPods without attaching them to the server, but to the family iMac?
Or how should I configure the system?
Thanks,
Jakob
